The talented faculty of Elaf Lyceum (A project of Naziran Yousaf Memorial Trust) is striving to uplift and nurture the talent of deserving youth, providing them quality free education since 2014 at Elaf Lyceum Wazirpur-Shigar-Baltistan (Chanchunpa). Elaf Lyceum Campus is promoting the understanding that Education promotes equality and lifts people out of poverty. It teaches children how to become good Citizens. Education is not just for a privileged few, it is for everyone. It is a fundamental human right.

Faculty
Education in the Mountainous Ranges of Baltistan has been hampered by natural disasters, poor infrastructure, and remoteness, and further exacerbated by political, economic, and security problems. But Elaf Lyceum has managed to onboard qualified teachers, our teachers are guided by the mission, vision, and core values of Elaf Lyceum. They demonstrate their commitment to lifelong learning by pursuing higher-level education, and participating in professional development so they can provide the best educational services to students.

Key Concerns
Elaf Lyceum has major 5 key concerns which indicated our focus on the quality of education and the development of a child’s personality.
First of all, we provide 100% free education to all students especially orphans and underprivileged children and our quality of education is as good as any other renowned educational institution.
We are very keen to provide the most modern education to our children along with Islamic education as a major role player in our student’s personality development.
We want to build a society of ethical people around us, so our focus is not to just provide education but also to educate our students on ethical and moral values which are not taught in books.
We don’t compromise on our teacher’s qualifications so we have fully qualified experienced teachers, our teachers go thru our Instructor’s Training Programs very often.
